Dolphins Week 14 Rooting Guide

Can you believe that it is already week 14? This season is flying by and the Dolphins are now in control of their own destiny. Win out and you will have home field advantage throughout the playoffs. But what if they stumble? Well here are some games this week that the Dolphins should be interested in just in case.

Browns over Jaguars 1pm
Trevor Lawrence suffered an ankle sprain against the Bengals and while it isn't season ending, I highly doubt that TLaw plays in this game. Jacksonville has two tough games left, this game and a home game against the Ravens, losing this one would give Jacksonville 5 losses and open the door for the Colts and Texans to win the division as well. The more losses Jacksonville, Baltimore, and KC take, the more wiggle room Miami will have.

Rams over Ravens 1pm
The Rams are starting to heat up and at a good time for Miami. The injury to Puka Nacua is one to watch but the Rams seem to be optimistic. Baltimore is coming off of their bye week and for the Ravens, this is a must win game due to their upcoming gauntlet. Baltimore still has trips to Jacksonville and San Francisco on the schedule before they host Miami. We want Miami to fall as far as possible in the standings so that Miami doesn't have to travel that far north for the playoffs.

Bills OR Chiefs 4:25pm
This is the ultimate win-win for Miami. If Buffalo wins, the Dolphins, assuming they beat the Titans, take a two game lead over the Chiefs, who don't have a super hard schedule the rest of the way. If the Chiefs win, Miami would need just one win, assuming they win Monday night, to secure the AFC East for the first time since 2008 AND it would make Buffalo's path the the post season even harder.

Dolphins over Titans MNF 8:20pm
Our game preview will be out on Friday this week!
